This particular customer is a long-time fan of ACG (Anime, Comics, and Games) culture, with a passion that began in elementary school. As an adult, they’ve become an experienced cosplayer, regularly participating in conventions dressed as various anime characters. Recently, the customer agreed to cosplay as Thor for an upcoming event but encountered challenges while preparing the props.

Printing Challenges & Material Upgrade
To improve efficiency and cut costs, the customer had purchased an FDM 3D printer. However, when printing Thor’s Hammer, the filament they initially used had poor warp resistance. The base of the print frequently curled and deformed, making successful prints difficult. After several failed attempts, they managed to complete one print, but the texture was rough and lacked surface detail.
